Phone Orders
Credit card phone orders are accepted Monday thru Friday 9AM to 5PM Pacific by calling Toll Free (877) 635-9488 except on major holidays. For our customer's safety, all Credit Card information is inputted directly into our terminal at the time of your phone call. Once this information is electronically inputted and transmitted, we no longer have access to your credit card or financial information. (See Privacy Policy below).
Privacy/Security
You can shop at Vaughn Engineering (www.affordablevideomagnifiers.com) with confidence. We only use payment processing solutions that provide a secure encrypted checkout experience for our customers. All of our payment methods are connected directly with the appropriate payment processor so we never need to store your sensitive payment information. This applies to all of our payment solutions including all major credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Visa Checkout and Apple Pay.

Return Policy and Free Returns:
Extended Holiday Returns!
Items purchased between November 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024 are eligible for return until January 31, 2025.
Orders originally shipped to the 48 Contiguous United States are eligible for free return shipping when returned from the 48 Contiguous United States.
Customers who are requesting returns or are shipping returns from outside the 48 Contiguous United States are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Simply leave us a message through our website, by email or phone and we will email you with return instructions and a return label if eligible. (Returns from outside the 48 Contiguous United States are not eligible for a return label).
In order to receive a refund of the product(s) full purchase price, return the items(s) in new re-sellable condition with everything that was sent with the product(s), including all retail packaging and all accessories. Returns received that are not in new re-sellable condition, with missing items or damage may incur a restocking fee. Shipping fees originally charged for optional shipping methods, expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are non-refundable.

Shipping
Eligible items ship free to the Contiguous United States via the shipping carrier of Vaughn Engineering's choice (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Please see the Checkout page for shipping prices to Alaska and Hawaii.
Expedited shipping as well as a choice of optional shipping methods is available to most of the United States for an additional fee. Standard shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii for a fee unless otherwise noted on the product page. (See the Cart or Checkout page for shipping prices and availability of optional and expedited shipping methods).
Most items ship within 1 business day or sooner when in stock. Please feel free to contact us regarding inventory statuses and shipping schedules.
