    Overall, very good, but without a louder bell, the user misses incoming calls,

    The bell is not loud enough for someone with a hearing impairment. That is especially true in a nursing home environment where there are other ambient noises competing with the ringer.

    When in use, the phone is good. Overall, very good, but without a louder bell, the user misses incoming calls, so the usefulness of the phone is impacted.
